Empower Program Science Lessons with Mandy & Junebug

How to Prepare for Class
To prepare for class, just set up a space where your children can spread out and follow a yoga class by watching a computer screen or Internet-compatible TV and click on the Zoom link. All your kids have to do is follow along with the video broadcast (it’s a one-way broadcast, so you and your children won’t be seen or heard.)

Join YogaJim for a 20- to 30-minute yoga break each Wednesday on facebookLive. Sessions will featuring restorative yoga, core strengtheners, therapeutic exercises and Jim’s lighthearted wisdom. Got a special need? Send Jim a facebook message and he will address it in a future yoga break.
Weekly Yoga Classes with YogaJim
Need a longer class and/or more personalized instruction? Jim is continuing to provide his Mon/Weds/Fri, 9:00 – 10:15 am, yoga classes — but online now. Classes have a maximum of 15 students and are $15/class. The next 10-week term starts May 11th. Drop-ins welcome, too.

How to Prepare for Class
To prepare for class, just set up a space where you can spread out and follow an online yoga class. Having a yoga mat, blanket, yoga block and a strap can be helpful, but is not necessary. (An an open wall can be helpful, too, for some of the poses.) Set up your computer so you can easily watch and follow, or better, yet, use an internet-compatible TV (if you have one). All you have to do is follow along.
Jim Gillen is health educator who brings to his yoga students a warm and supportive voice, strong technical knowledge and a keen sense of humor. He is a registered yoga teacher ERYT-500 with over 45 years of yoga experience and 20+ years of teaching yoga to all ages and populations. With his wife, Lynea, he is the cofounder of Yoga Calm.
