TRE® Provider Certification — Resources & Materials

Congratulations on committing to your healing and enrolling in TRE Provider Certification!

TRE Provider Certification is a powerful healing journey. It encompasses workshops, personal practice, and supervised sessions where you learn the process and how to teach others, There’s a lot to it, but with your Trainer, Lynea, your Mentor and our staff we will keep you on track, and guide you, step-by-step, through the process.

If you are on this page we assume that you have Enrolled in TRE Certification and begun your supervision process with your Mentor. Now you can have access to the additional certification support materials listed below. (Please note that TRE and its materials are the result of years of work and are copyrighted, so please do not share these online materials with others.)

Tips for Success

The following tips will help you be successful in completing the certification program.

  • Commit to your personal TRE practice and schedule time to complete certification. You have 12-15 months to complete the certification requirements after your Module 1 workshop, so we recommend that you set up a schedule for your TRE practice, your supervision sessions and to complete the other certification requirements.
  • Keep a Journal. TRE is all about personal awareness and our ability to self-regulate. Therefore, throughout the certification process you will be asked to reflect and journal. There are many ways to journal, but we recommend handwriting your responses and reflections. Putting ink to paper engages motor skills, memory and stimulates a part of the brain called the Reticular Activating System, which acts as a filter to give more importance to what you are focusing on. There’s also something to be said for the elegant simplicity and mindfulness of putting pen to paper, too. And you can add images, bold sections and/or add color!
  • Track your progress. Use the TRE Provider Certification Checklist (below) to track your progress and update this frequently with you Mentor.
  • Take your time. While we recommend creating a regular TRE practice, this is an organic process and there may be times that you need to reduce the number or length of your tremoring sessions in order to stay regulated and integrate the work. Be gentle with yourself and don’t be in a hurry.
