David Eby in Concert

Join us at Still Moving Yoga for a night of musical meditation with renowned cellist David Eby. 

We first met David when he played on our backyard stage last summer with Shantala. His performance that night took us on a journey deep within — intimate, transcendent and sublime. At that moment we knew we had to hear more and share him with our community.

David Eby, founding cellist for the international band Pink Martini, performs regularly with the Oregon Symphony, Shantala, and teaches at Lewis and Clark College. As a solo performer, he guides his audience into deep states of inner connection and enjoyment using guided meditation and evocative original cello music.

He has studied the effects for meditation on musical performance, and served as Music Director for Ananda Worldwide for 12 years. His discography includes Mystic Harp 2, Secrets of Love, Surrender, Relax:  Meditations for Flute and Cello, and Song of the Nightingale for Crystal Clarity Publishers. His recent album, AnandaCello, is available on all streaming services.
